The Varsity Girls Basketball team took care of business this evening with at 46-33 win over the visiting Generals of Grant HS! The team moves on to a 2nd Round game this Saturday! #PioneerNation
Last night the Varsity Boys Basketball team opened up their postseason with a 58-40 victory over the visiting Roughriders of Roosevelt HS! They move onto the 2nd round with a home game on Friday March 6th vs. Sunset HS. #PioneerNation

The Oregon City High School Equestrian Team started out the season with a big win at the Tri River Valley OHSET meet February 19th-22nd at the Yamhill County Fairgrounds in McMinnville. The top individual scorers were senior Lilly Zuber with 88 points.

Weekly OCHS Athletic Schedule! #Pioneer Nation
Senior was a success as both the Varsity Girls and Varsity Boys teams look care of business with home wins over the visiting Pacers of Lakeridge HS. The girls finish the regular season with a TRL record of 7-5, placing 3rd. The boys finish the regular season with a TRL record of 9-1, finsing as Co-Champions. Both teams advance to the OSAA 6A 1st Round State Championships next week! #PioneerNation
🏗️ Construction update: Turf installation has begun at the OCHS baseball field! This is an exciting update in our 2025 Bond program — a direct result of our community investing in the future of Oregon City students.

The Varsity Boys Basketball team picked up a hard fought win Tuesday night over the visiting Lions of West Linn! # PioneerNation
Over the weekend the Varsity Girls Swimming program placed 3rd at the OSAA State Championships! Senior Rowan Schmidt is the 100m Backstroke State Champion and All-American Consideration with a time of 55.48 seconds! Also, Girls were TRL League Champions with a perfect 6-0 regular season.

Over the weekend OCHS hosted the OSAA Cheerleading State Championships. Saturday evening our Varsity Cheer team put together a great performance and walked away with the 5th place trophy in the 6A/5A Coed Traditional Division! A tremendous season for the team that also included a 1st Place finish this fall at the All-State Competition by senior RJ Roberts! # PioneerNation
🌟Bond Update: Exciting Progress Across Our District! 🏗️
Big milestone this week: Our new OCHS softball field is officially complete! The ribbon cutting ceremony was Thursday, and we can't wait for our student-athletes to take the field. 🥎✨
Meanwhile, 2025 bond project progress continues:
⚾️Turf installation ongoing at OCHS fields (Varsity Baseball and the multipurpose field)
🏫Permit packages have been submitted for Holcomb & John McLoughlin Elementary
📦Planning is underway for Candy Lane's transition to our King campus (a temporary move for the 2026-2027 school year while construction is being done)
📐Design work is moving forward for Pioneer Stadium
🧱CTE design work is also moving forward at OCHS. We've completed the design phase and have started the procurement process for items with the longest lead times to receive (doors, frames, hardware, etc.)
Our community's investment in updated learning spaces is taking shape! Stay tuned for more updates!
